The air conditioning runs from the moment we arrive, through the waiting, to the handover. A cat that overheats in the first two minutes stays stressed for the whole trip — so we do not let that happen.

How much does a pet taxi cost in Mumbai?

A pet taxi trip in Mumbai up to 5 km costs ₹499 plus GST. Every additional 5 km adds ₹250, so a 12 km trip is ₹999 plus GST. Waiting: first 10 minutes free, then ₹150 per 30 minutes.

Do pet taxis have safety harnesses?
Yes. Every Kyvoz car carries harnesses in multiple sizes, clipped to the seatbelt. Crates are available on request and are secured in place — never loose in the boot.
What are your operating hours?
We run 6:00 am to 10:00 pm, daily, all seven days of the week.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes — cancel more than 2 hours before pickup for a full refund. Between 2 hours and 30 minutes before, half the fare is refunded.
